The space can be accessed by three short flights of stairs from the front or just one flight from the back entrance. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a 50-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bedroom features a plush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower (no tub), and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside to your private patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Parking is easy and convenient, with one assigned parking spot in the lot and plenty of free street parking directly in front of the building. Please note that only one parking spot is assigned to the unit. Vehicles parked in any other spot in the lot may be towed, so please use only the designated space or free street parking during your stay. Guest access During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided. Other things to note Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
