The space This updated one-story ranch is designed to be an easy, comfortable home base whether you're visiting family, working in the area, attending an event or simply spending a few days in Boardman. The home has three bedrooms and four beds, giving guests more flexibility than a typical hotel stay. • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, suited for children, with Roku TV, games, fun ceiling projector lights, dresser and a large walk-in closet The twin beds have a 150 lb weight limit each. The living area offers comfortable seating, Roku TV and a workspace for guests who need to get a little work done during their stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with all basics for preparing meals, snacks and morning coffee, making the home especially convenient for families and longer stays. Outside, you'll have driveway parking for up to three vehicles and a partially fenced backyard that provides additional outdoor space and privacy. The home is tucked into a very quiet residential Boardman neighborhood while still being very convenient to the places guests typically need to reach. You'll be just minutes from I-680, making it easy to reach Boardman, Youngstown, YSU and surrounding communities. Shopping, restaurants, groceries and everyday conveniences are also nearby. It's a particularly nice location for guests who want easy access to the area without staying along a busy commercial road. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire approximately 1,000-square-foot, one-story living space. Other things to note Pets: We welcome pets, but please include them on your reservation. A pet fee applies. Because the bedrooms have very light carpeting, bedrooms are kept pet-free. We also kindly ask guests to remove shoes inside to help us keep the light carpeting clean for everyone. Quiet property: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood and the home is only suited for quiet stays. Parties and events are not permitted. Children's beds: The two twin beds have a maximum weight of 150 lbs each and are best suited for children or smaller guests.
