Horses may periodically be stabled and stalled in the barn, as well as working in the arena or grazing in nearby pastures as part of normal farm operations. Guests may bring 1–2 horses with prior approval (no other pets). Guest horses will be assigned designated stalls in the barn and must remain in approved areas at all times. Guests must provide all hay, feed, buckets, and equipment. Pasture access is weather-dependent. Guests are solely responsible for all care, supervision, and cleanup. By bringing horses onto the property, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with equine activities and agree to assume full responsibility for their animals during their stay. Guest access Guest Access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and designated parking area. On the farm, you may enjoy: • Optional pond fishing (weather permitting; short walk to the pond) • Supervised animal interactions upon request and host availability — meet and pet cows and horses, collect eggs, or observe seasonal farm activities • Seasonal experiences such as tapping trees and collecting maple sap • Horse stays: Guests may bring up to 1–2 horses with prior approval and applicable fee. Guests must provide hay, hay nets, buckets, and are solely responsible for all care and cleanup. As this is a working farm, access to equipment areas, livestock pens, and outbuildings is limited unless accompanied or approved. Please do not harass, chase, or bother any horses, cows, or other animals. Horse guests: Up to 1–2 horses are welcome with prior approval, fee applies of $25 per horse.
