An entire *PET FREE* home in the Long Island Village community. Great views of the peaceful channel and sand flats with beautiful sunrises. While SpaceX facilities cannot be directly seen from the unit, Starbnb provides complimentary direct view launch viewing location and concierge for our guests, just ask! Great dock fishing and just a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food and attractions. This unit has 3 beds and an air mattress, options for the whole group to enjoy. The space The unit is in a resort community which requires a $110 registration fee which is per reservation not per person, this is independent from what we charge. Included are up to two parking passes, a gate code for entering the community, and wristbands for access to the amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, golf course, etc. - Our Sea Cottage is pet free and has 2 beds and 2 baths. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed, and a full dual vanity bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen are also downstairs. There are great outdoor lounging areas with outdoor furniture and a dock for relaxing and fishing. The main porch has comfortable deck furniture from which to enjoy the views and morning sun. - Upstairs there is a large bedroom that looks over the dining area with 1 king and 1 full size beds. This bedroom also has it's own private bathroom. - For those who are interested, the SpaceX launch pad and build facilities at Starbase are not directly viewable but since we are located in the closest residential development on this side of the canal, our team can provide information, guides, and private StarBnB viewing locations just minutes away to our guests for free. These spots are among the best views you can get of Starbase from a private location. Guest access Guests will have access to both floors of the entire home except the ground level owner's area. There is a completely private entrance, two decks, and a dock. - As mentioned above, access to the resort amenities is included with the registration fee and wrist bands will be provided by the office at time of check in.
