Designed for families or groups who value togetherness with a touch of mountain luxury. • 🌿 The Mini Lodge (4 Individual Rooms) – Each of the four rooms is rented separately, featuring its own private exterior entrance, bedroom, and bathroom. These elegant, cozy spaces are ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and privacy while still being part of the Quest Haven experience. • 🔥 The Cozy Cabins (2 Individual Rooms) – Each cabin is rented separately and offers a private one-bedroom, one-bath retreat tucked amid the trees. Enjoy peaceful seclusion with modern rustic décor and thoughtful touches throughout. • 🏡 The Family Cottage – A charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home complete with a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Perfect for small families or guests looking for a cozy, home-like stay. 🌲 The Experience Guests can unwind on our expansive grounds, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take in stunning Appalachian vistas. Relax on your porch with a morning coffee, or gather around the fire pit as the stars come out over the valley. Each building offers privacy and space to relax, while the shared setting creates a sense of peaceful community. Please note that other guests may be staying in nearby accommodations during your visit. If you’d like to rent multiple buildings or even the entire property, you may do so by booking each individual listing. We’re happy to have you here. Please take a moment to review our house rules to help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for everyone on the grounds. General Rules • Check-in / Check-out: Please respect the check-in and check-out times listed in your booking. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance. • Automatic Gate: Access to the property is through an automatic gate. For everyone’s safety, please ensure the gate has closed behind you. • Shared Grounds: There are 8 separate listings on the property. Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Linens & Essentials • Please bring your own bath towels and washcloths.
Towels and washcloths are not provided in the accommodations. Bed linens and pillows are supplied. Fees & Cleaning • A $200 cleaning fee is applied to every booking to ensure all accommodations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. • Please leave the space tidy upon departure—wash used dishes, dispose of trash properly in the dumpster and report any damages immediately. Prohibited Activities 🚫 No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the units or anywhere on the grounds.
 🚫 No Parties or Events: Gatherings or parties that exceed the registered guest count are not allowed.
 🚫 No Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property.
 🚫 No Hunting or Firearms: For the safety and comfort of all guests, hunting or the use of firearms is strictly prohibited anywhere on the grounds. Safety & Respect • Please supervise children at all times. • Respect the natural surroundings and shared spaces—do not litter or damage landscaping. • Any guest found violating these rules may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
