The space The home is entirely one level and sits on its own private peninsula at Shoal Creek, atop a flat grassy knoll with panoramic water views. Perfect for families, friends, or groups, this home combines comfort, style, and plenty of space to gather both indoors and outdoors, sleeps up to 13 guests. Enter through the back door into the kitchen, open to the living room, creating a central gathering space. To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find the dining room and a dedicated game room with ping-pong, basketball, and corn-hole, ideal for fun for all ages. To the left, a hallway leads to the bedrooms: First bedroom on the right: Two queen-size beds + triple bunk bed; bathroom across the hall Second bedroom on the right: Two Queen Size beds facing each other; private bathroom inside bedroom.
