Studio 12: a St. Stephen favorite-new ownership

The Studio is centrally located, only minutes to restaurants, the civic centre and shopping. Studio 12 boasts everything 1-4 people need for a sleepover, or a comfortable base for a longer term rental if needed. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, an air fryer/toaster, electric wok, kettle, keurig coffee maker and a hot plate for preparing simple meals. The space The house is a triplex. We have long term very polite tenants in the 2 apartments. Quiet and private. The studio is fully equipped, on the ground floor and very quiet. And after Jan 21, 2026 it will have a full size bed and a full size hide-a-bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably, or 2 people each with their own bed. Guest access The whole of the studio and the laundry machines in the front entryway. Other things to note New sofa pulls out to a bed that can sleep 1 to 2.
