I'm not home but my downstairs bedroom and attached bath are not accessible. Comfortable queen bed, custom bathroom and addl. room with workout gear, conv. twin bed / sofa, inflatable queen, TV, desk and even a laptop with internet. 48 mi to Mesa Verde, 36 mi to Phils world, 8 mi to downtown Durango, 35 mi to Purg ski resort The space I would not be home so you would have access to the whole house other than my downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Everything shown in the pictures you would have access to. Needless to say patio furniture is not out during the winter. Guest access I would not be home so you would have access to the whole house other than my downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Everything shown in the pictures you would have access to. Needless to say patio furniture is not out during the winter. Other things to note As I will not be home for this booking if during the winter months please be aware if we get a snow storm you would need to be willing to shovel and/or use my snow blower both items provided. Fairly short driveway but as you can see from the pics you can get some additional snow off the roof on to the driveway.
