Nice house Durango

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. For this listing I would NOT be in the house but my downstairs bedroom and bathroom would not be accessible. The space I would not be home so you would have access to the whole house other than my downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Everything shown in the pictures you would have access to. Needless to say patio furniture is not out during the winter. Guest access I would not be home so you would have access to the whole house other than my downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note As I will not be home for this booking if during the winter months please be aware if we get a snow storm you would need to be willing to shovel and/or use my snow blower both items provided. Fairly short driveway but as you can see from the pics you can get some additional snow off the roof on to the driveway.
