Attic with private bathroom / sleeping above the sewing cafe

We offer cozy mansard rooms in our house. These are located in the building of our lovingly furnished sewing café right next to the large water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes on foot), the city center/old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes on foot) or the Weser bike path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more. The space The mansard rooms with a size of about 28 sqm are located on a closed level in the rustically developed attic of our house. A shared hallway and private bathroom with shower provide the necessary comfort. The rooms have a large bed and are on the south side. Here you can relax (just rest, relax, unwind and sleep). Since the rooms are under the roof, it can get very warm on some days in midsummer. For this reason, fans are available. Guest access Access is first through a vestibule and then continues via a shared but separate staircase. In the courtyard in front of the porch there are various seating areas to linger. During your stay Simone and I are open-minded people and are looking forward to having you with us. As a native of Nienburg, I can give lots of tips and information if needed. In our sewing cafe on the first floor, sewing enthusiasts or those who want to become one are very welcome. Simone will be happy to assist you. A closed parking space is available for cyclists. A tool cabinet for small (or larger) repairs is available.
