The space This tastefully decorated studio condo is situated on Sugarloaf Mountain, offering exceptional ski-in/ski-out access. Conveniently located on the winter shuttle route, the shuttle service will transport you anywhere you wish to go on the mountain, allowing you to retain your parking spot. Though compact, the condo is cozy and ideal for a couple or small family. The open-concept design features a queen-size bed, a set of bunk beds, and a pull-out couch. The fully equipped kitchen allows for meal preparation, while the living room boasts a smart TV with cable and a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. For those needing to work remotely, high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, a ski locker is provided for your convenience, and the shared laundry facilities are located just across the hall. The Sugartree building also houses a gym, pool, and a small café. While these amenities offer added convenience, please note they are not included in your stay; all guests must obtain a day pass from the facility. We are not affiliated with the pool, and any inquiries regarding operating hours or costs should be directed to them. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. Please be respectful of any locked quarters or homeowners personal items. You have access to the ski locker upstairs. Please do not tamper with the ski locker located outside of the slider door.
