Guest access Guests have full access to all building amenities for the duration of their stay. Other things to note PARKING 1 assigned parking spot is included with your stay. It is on the 2nd floor of the Residences at 250 Garage. There is a southwest and northeast entrance to the garage. Residents can access the garage by presenting the lift master transponder provided by Suite Home when approaching the gate. IMPORTANT: Do not peel off the transponder from the paper backing and stick it on your car(s). You can place the transponder on their dashboard. If you peel it off and stick it on their car, you will NOT be able to take it off and it will damage their car. NOTE: All residents are required to park in the parking garage in your assigned spot only. Surface lot parking is for retail customers and leasing prospects ONLY. In addition, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE. If we do not already have your car details on your lease, or you are utilizing a rental car, we must have that car information within 24 hours of arrival. Cars not registered may be towed, and Suite Home will not be responsible for that expense. AMENITIES The amenities, including the clubhouse, gym, pool and sundeck are on the 1st floor. The business center is on the 2nd floor. PLEASE NOTE: Shoes, shirts, and proper attire are required when entering all common areas of the building. Residents are asked to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner when entering all building common areas. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Limit 2 guests per resident for ALL amenity areas. No glass (applies to pool and near courtyard grills). If courtyard grills are used, they must be cleaned after usage. PETS 2 Pet Max. Cats and dogs welcome. 100 lb total weight limit. Aggressive breeds are prohibited (for example Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds) and there may be weight or size considerations.
