IMPORTANT: Do not peel off the transponder from the paper backing and stick it on your car(s). You can place the transponder on their dashboard. If you peel it off and stick it on their car, you will NOT be able to take it off and it will damage their car. NOTE: All residents are required to park in the parking garage in your assigned spot only. Surface lot parking is for retail customers and leasing prospects ONLY. In addition, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE. If we do not already have your car details on your lease, or you are utilizing a rental car, we must have that car information within 24 hours of arrival.
