The space This is a 3 bedroom apartment (in a 2-family private house) where the host lives and the private room is reserved for 1 guest at a time. The kitchen, the bathroom and other common areas are shared with the host during the guest(s)' stay.. The host will be present within the unit during a guests' stay. The private room is furnished with a comfortable twin-size bed, a built-in 1-door closet, a 40" Samsung Smart Tizen TV with 100s of channels, and a mini-size wall-mounted desk with a chair for your convenience. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay. You will have access to the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room on the same floor which are shared with the host, and they are kept clean and tidy for all guests. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The shared kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with necessary appliances. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding shower doors, and toilet has a hot/cold water bidet. Our location is great for exploring the city, as it is just three blocks away from the subway (40th Street stop), local shops, restaurants, banks, post office etc. We are located about 12 min walk away from Queens Blvd, making it easy to get around and explore other parts of the city. Guest access - The apartment where the private room is located is shared with the host, and sometimes with the host's family therefore the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room are shared spaces and they are fully accessible at any time. - All utensils, kitchenware, appliances are available for guests' use including storing, preparing and cooking any type of meal at any time. - Guests are also permitted to order any deliveries, whether food, packages or similar. - The host resides in the apartment and is always available to answer any questions and/or help the guests with their room or the apartment in general whenever guests require assistance. During your stay The host, in most cases, meets the guest on the arrival, and is always available within the unit during guests' stay to answer any questions or to assist with any room/apartment related issues. For normal issues thru the app, text, email from 7am to 12am. And for emergencies from 12am to 7am. Other things to note - This is a non-smoking house and smoking (includes everything from cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and cigars to cannabis, weed, vaping devices, etc) anywhere inside the apartment, including the private room is not permitted. There is a $300 fee for each violation, - No day-time visitors are permitted in the apartment without the express consent of the host. There will be a $75 fee for each violation to this rule, - No overnight visitors are permitted. In case of an unregistered/unauthorized/off-AirBnb visitors, there is a $125 fee per occasion, - A late check-out fee of $50 may be applied for check-outs beyond 11am on the final day, - Pets and children under 10 cannot be accommodated in this apartment due to the limitations of pet-related and child-related amenities, - No parties, - No loud music/noise/TV/etc after 11pm and until 9am - KITCHEN: No oil cooking (frying) allowed, unless previously discussed and agreed on conditions Registration Details OSE-STRREG-0003435
