You will absolutely love this immaculate, peaceful cottage that’s decorated to perfection in the theme of the charming seafood capital of Alabama, Bayou la Batre! Just 20 min. to Dauphin Island beaches, 30 min. to Mobile and 30 min to the MS Gulf coast. There is so much to see, do and explore here! The home is fully stocked for cooking and relaxing at home but yet close to several exceptional seafood, and all other types of restaurants and any thing you would need close by! Fish on property! The space You will love this stylish, perfectly decorated cottage in a peaceful, shady area close to the bayou where you can fish, walk along the waterside and view the shrimp boats and unique culture of Bayou la Batre! Enjoy outdoor time on the covered front patio or sun deck in the backyard yard. We have TVs in the living room and both bedrooms either access to Direct Tv, Netflix and Paramount plus all the free streaming channels! The laundry room is located in the second bedroom set up in a super stylish way! We provide an air mattress for an extra guest and for young children can be set up in the huge walk in closet in the master bedroom. Plenty of free parking for boats, work trucks or almost any type of vehicles you have! Guest access You will have access to the entire home, covered front porch area, sun deck in the back yard and plenty of parking. There are several local seafood restaurants nearby that are to die for! Feel free to walk down to the waterfront bayou area that’s just minutes from the home and walk around, explore or even fish! You will absolutely love this peaceful place and soak in all the uniqueness and culture of our area, the seafood capital of Alabama! Other things to note We used to have an above ground pool in the backyard so the deck was set up for that. Now it can be used as a sun deck but be careful not to let children play on it because one side has no railing at this time.!! Also we cannot accept pets b/c the yard is not fenced and there are ducks ,geese and guinea birds that are on the adjacent yards! Also the owner has a medical condition that cannot allow him to be around pets and he needs to access the house to do maintenance. Please respect the owner’s wishes here by not even asking.
