Other things to note • 🚭 No fireworks allowed • 🤫 Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM • 🎉 No parties or events • 🔞 Guests must be 21 or older to book • 📺 Streaming: use your own account logins • 📷 Security: one exterior camera on the front porch, facing outward. There are no interior cameras anywhere in the home. • 🔊 Noise monitoring: one decibel-only monitor on the back balcony by the exit door. It measures sound level only — it does not record audio or conversations. • 🚪 Owner storage: 3 locked owner closets are not part of the rental and are off-limits: the closet in the main-level king bedroom, the basement furnace room off the living/game room area, and the basement hallway closet on the way to the bedrooms. Every other closet and storage space in the home is yours to use. • 🐾 Pets: up to 2 dogs welcome ($125 per dog, per stay); dogs over 50 lb require manager approval. Please bring crates and blankets, and clean up after them indoors and out. Trained service animals are always welcome and are not pets; no breed or size limits apply. Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from pet fees. • 🦌 Wildlife: deer, birds and other wildlife are common; please observe respectfully and do not feed them. • 👥 Guest capacity must be respected • 🚗 Parking: driveway parking for multiple vehicles • 🔥 Fires must stay in the pit, small and safe; avoid windy days • 🧴 Essentials: towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap • 🚧 Rural setting: expect some farm-road noise and natural ambient sound • 🪪 Guest verification is required before arrival through our secure Hospitable guest portal. Verification includes a government-issued photo ID and identity confirmation. • 🛡 A refundable $250 security deposit applies to every booking, including VRBO. It is collected about 2 days before check-in and refunded about 2 days after checkout, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations during the stay. • ⏳ Guest verification and the security deposit must be completed at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid delays in receiving check-in instructions.
