Dog Friendly 2 BR Townhome in Private Community

There is an additional non refundable pet fee The space Take a look at this two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome that sleeps 6 guests in Miramar Beach Florida: SPF 98 Unit 17. Pulling up to the townhome you’ll see there are two parking spaces directly in front of the property designated for your use, ensuring you’ll be only steps from your vehicle. As you step inside the townhome, you’ll see Kitchen on your right and a set of stairs leading upstairs on your left. The spacious Kitchen has an island with bar seating, full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishware needed to prepare a meal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area, which has a dining table set for 6 guests. Next, you’ll see the Living Area, which has a HDTV, access to the patio via sliding glass doors, and two couches. One of the couch doubles as a Queen sofa sleeper. There is a half bathroom also located downstairs next to the Living Area and Dining Area. Moving out the sliding glass doors and on to the screened in Patio, you’ll find outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a screen door leading out to the grounds of the property. Now, back inside, we head up the stairs to the second floor. When you reach the top of the second floor, you’ll see a washer and dryer area and a hallway, with each of the two bedrooms on either end of the hall. The Guest Bedroom is on the side nearest your private parking spots and has a large King bed, a HDTV, and a private Bathroom. This Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The Master Bedroom is on the Patio side of the townhome and also has a large King bed, a HDTV, and a private Bathroom. This Master Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs up to 35 pounds each. There is an additional non refundable pet fee required per pet. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
