The space This property is only a few minutes from different access points to the Elk River, where you can swim, fish, kayak, and raft. The local campgrounds offer equipment rentals and guided trips to suit your water-fun needs! At the end of the day, you can return to a quiet retreat. The home features an open floor plan with a spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen complete with cookware, bakeware, and dishes. With three bedrooms—two with queen-sized beds and a master with a king-sized bed—plus two full baths, everyone will have plenty of space to relax. There are chairs on the back porch for those who want to enjoy the sounds of nature, and a fire pit in the backyard for gathering and making memories. Guests will have all 4 acres to themselves, offering a peaceful escape from everyday city life while still being close enough to enjoy a day in town. Pets are allowed on the property, but are not to exceed 40lbs. Guest access All areas of the home and property are available to guests except for the camper located on the concrete pad and the container by the valley, which are not part of the rental. Guests do not need to cross the fence lines in front of the house or along the south side of the property. Anything beyond the white shed on the back side of the property is beyond the property line. Please enjoy the designated spaces and amenities provided for your stay. Other things to note The property has a septic system. Please do not flush anything down the toilets besides small amounts of bathroom tissue. There is no garbage disposal, and do not pour any grease down the sink.
