Neighborhood is a mix of local residents and rental guesthomes. A fully stocked kitchen, King size bed in bedroom, with additional chairs for seating. A/C in bedroom if needed. Wifi & Smart TV. Front porch with seating, gated parking in driveway if you have a rental vehicle. Covered area in backyard with BBQ grill and seating. Outdoor shower in rear of house. Guests will enjoy the ground floor, which has a full kitchen that is stocked with any utensil you might need for cooking in. Table and chairs for dining are in kitchen, the bedroom has a king size bed, with additional seating provided. A safe is also available for use should you feel the need for extra security for any valuables. The full bathroom has a nice sized shower and a closet for storage. Guest access The front porch is great for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drinks while watching for horses to amble on by. Should you have a rental vehicle there is ample secure parking in the gated driveway and carport. You'll have access to a storage room where you'll find Beach Gear, including Beach Chairs, Coolers, Snorkel Masks and Fins-all available for your use. In the rear of the house, which is a common area, guests may also use the covered patio space in rear of house which has seating, and a BBQ for grilling you favorite meal, or, go to the fish market just past the ferry dock for fresh Caribbean lobster and grill it up! Also, in the rear of the house in a private nook, is an Outdoor Shower Area surrounded with lush tropical plantings. It's perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach, or for your daily shower if you prefer the great outdoors!
