The space Our Cottage on Diamond Street offers all the amenities of home all on one level. Featuring two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own closet, the spaces are simple, clean, and cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy a newly updated bathroom complete with a tub and shower, offering everyday practicality. Our Cottage Kitchen features cabinets handmade by the previous homeowner, likely from the 1960's or 70's and give the space a unique, personal touch, now paired with a fresh modern update. The kitchen is fully stocked with: • Utensils, dinnerware and basic cookware • Coffee pot and Keurig • Microwave • Full size oven, stove, and refrigerator Everything you need to cook, snack, or sip your morning coffee is ready for you. The property also offers a large living room complete with dining room table, sofa, chairs and a TV. Thanks to the home’s solid 1940s construction, maintaining a comfortable temperature is easy. The cottage includes a forced air furnace, central air for AC and ceiling fans throughout. Laundry equipment is available for guest use—perfect for longer stays or outdoor adventures. Our outdoor space is continually evolving, and the yard is a work in progress with a story of its own. Once one of the most beautiful and productive gardens in town, years of neglect took their toll. We’re steadily restoring it, and each season reveals more plants that have survived and returned. It’s a space full of history and potential. Storage Available Guests may use the old garage—now converted to storage—for a dry place to keep gear. Please message the host prior to use. Due to the age of the home, we kindly ask that guests do not plug campers, trailers, or vehicles into any of the property’s electrical outlets. This helps protect the home’s electrical system and ensures a safe stay for everyone. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, with the exception of the clearly marked and locked owner’s closet. The side garage has been converted into a storage space, and guests are welcome to use it with a quick heads‑up to the owner prior to arrival. Please note that the backyard storage shed is not available for guest use. Parking is easy—feel free to use the driveway or park on the street. Both the front door and side door are equipped with keypads, and you’ll receive your personalized access code before check‑in.
