Budd Lake Facts & Highlights • Budd Lake is approximately 175 acres in size.  • Its maximum depth is about 32 to 35 feet.  • Budd Lake is about 1.5 miles long and roughly ¼ mile wide.  • It is fed by natural aquifers, which helps maintain clear water and a healthy ecosystem.  • Fish species in the lake include walleye, muskellunge, bass, northern pike, perch, sunfish, crappie, and more.  • The Michigan DNR regularly stocks the lake (with help from the Budd Lake Association) to support healthy fish populations.  • A public boat launch is located at the south end of the lake for convenient water access.  • Quiet hours on the lake are enforced from 7:30 pm to 11:00 am, helping preserve peace and wildlife.
