Spacious 5 bd 3 ba house in beautiful Spanish Fork with large private hot tub and fire pit. Outdoor recreation activities, shopping, and dining are just minutes away. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. This place has it all: beautiful master ensuite, large gathering area in basement, and large pavilion in backyard, to name just a few. Whether you are coming for a family getaway, business, or just looking for a relaxing spot to unwind and recharge, this is the place. Guest access The entire house is available except the upstairs loft and downstairs storage room. Both or which are locked. Other things to note Must be 25 years old to book No parties. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarets allowed anywhere on the property. Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Trampoline Rules & Guidelines Hot Tub The hot tub stays chemically balanced through an automatic filtration and chemical feeder system. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these hot tub rules carefully: 1. Advance Notice Required Guests must notify the host at least 1 hour before planning to use the hot tub so it can be turned on and brought to temperature. Host will turn hot tub on remotely. 2. Hot Tub Cover The cover is taken off in 2 sections. One section Velcro’s to the other and should be taken off first. The other section then folds in half and is lifted off and set aside. It is the guest’s responsibility to take the cover off when they use the hot tub ensuring that it is not drug across the concrete. It usually takes 2 people to lift off. It is the guest’s responsibility to also put the cover back on when finished. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee added upon checkout. 3. Notify When Finished Once the cover has been placed back on the hot tub, please let the host know when so we can turn it off. 4. Use at Your Own Risk WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND OTHER AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as inherent safety risks using other amenities at the Airbnb (fire pit, trampoline, ect). In particular, he or she understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub is kept at a temperature that is less than 102 for personal safety. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities (fire pit, trampoline, ect.) and hot tub to any other guests staying at the Airbnb and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for him or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence. For example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents in the dishwasher or clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish all fires in the fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub or pool cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow. 5. Food or Drinks No food or drinks are allowed in or around the hot tub at any time. This includes alcohol, glass containers, and snacks of any kind. 6. Jumping or Diving To avoid injuries, there is to be no jumping or diving in the hot tub at any time. 7. Chemicals Do not add chemicals to the hot tub water at any time. This includes any chemicals to balance water, perfumes, bubbles, soap, or anything! Doing so will result in a fine being added upon checkout. 8. Fire Pit The key to turn the gas on for the fire pit is located in the cabinet above the washer in the laundry room. To turn on the fire pit, insert the key into the hole on the north side of the pit. Light the lighter provided and hold it close to the rocks. Slowly turn the key to turn the gas on and it should light. When you are done with the fire pit, turn the key off and the flames should go out. Never leave the fire going unattended. Supervise children at all times around the fire pit. 9. Trampoline The trampoline is in ground and should be used under adult supervision. 10. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Avoid using the hot tub during these hours and keep the noise levels down. Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of hot tub privileges without refund.
