Unique Frank Lloyd Wright Inspired Tiny Home nestled amongst the mesquite trees at Spellbound Springs. Tiny home is modern and has it's own bathroom, full size sleeping loft, kitchenette, twin size daybed. Includes all the stunning amenities of Spellbound Springs- access to the hot springs fed by the famous T or C mineral water, beautiful outdoor spaces, organic cotton linens, filtered drinking water and nespresso coffee. The space The Phoenix Outpost is a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired tiny home nestled among the mesquite trees at Spellbound Springs. Modeled after FLW's Usonian houses, it features signature window walls that frame beautiful views of the hot springs area and the desert landscape beyond. Painted a bold orange on the outside, it's as striking as the mythical bird it's named for — a space designed for renewal and rising refreshed. The Sleeping Loft is a full-size bed perched above the main living space, reachable by a set of stairs with nonslip tread. Organic cotton linens and a comfortable mattress make for a deeply restful sleep. Please note that headroom in the loft is approximately 3 feet, so guests should take care moving around up there. The Daybed (RV twin, 30x75) in the main living area is great for lounging between soaks or as a secondary sleeping spot. The Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, Nespresso machine with pods, French press (bring your own grounds), electric kettle, and tea bar. Dishes and silverware provided. RO filtered drinking water available from a dedicated tap. The Bathroom has a shower, toilet, Turkish cotton towels, EO Organics bath products, micellar water, makeup wipes, and sheet face masks. Climate Control is handled by a quiet, efficient mini-split for reliable year-round comfort. The Hot Springs are fed by T or C's famous mineral water and available to all guests 24/7 (quiet hours after 10pm). The Phoenix Outpost is screen-free (no TV) to encourage unplugging. WiFi is available. Pet friendly with pet fee (well-behaved leashed dogs welcome. 🐾) Guest access The Phoenix Outpost is your entire private unit within Spellbound Springs tiny home village - you'll have exclusive use of all indoor spaces and your private deck. The hot springs and other outdoor amenities are shared communal spaces with fellow Spellbound Springs guests. Other things to note We want to be transparent about the Phoenix Outpost's layout so you can decide if it's the right fit for your group. Entry requires climbing stairs, and the stairs to the loft are narrow and steep with somewhat limited headroom. The loft has about 3ft of headroom from the top of the mattress to the ceiling. The daybed is an RV twin, 30 by 75 inches (just a little more narrow than a normal twin) The Phoenix Outpost borders the shared hot springs so there is some potential for noise (although we do enforce quiet hours of 10pm-7am).
