The space This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment comfortably accommodates couples, small families, or groups. The bedrooms include a twin-over-full bunk bed, a queen bed, and a king bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms are stocked with essentials, making mornings and evenings simple for everyone. The apartment features a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The dining area is ideal for meals or gathering with friends and family, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare home-cooked meals — from coffee in the morning to dinner at night. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air heating & cooling to keep you comfortable year-round. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also have access to two free parking spaces and in-unit laundry, as well as Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, and all furnishings provided for comfort and convenience. Other things to note Maximum Number of Guests: Unauthorized additional guests beyond the number listed on the reservation are subject to an extra guest fee and may result in the reservation being modified or canceled by Airbnb. Cleaning Fee Policy: We do not charge a cleaning fee - we simply ask that guests help us keep the space tidy. Before checkout, please: -Throw away all trash in the outdoor bin -Wash any dishes used during your stay -Leave the home in generally clean condition As long as the home is left reasonably clean and undamaged, no additional cleaning charges will be applied. Excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee. Strict House Rules: Unauthorized guests, smoking, house parties, and unpermitted guests are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. As the owner, I hold all rights to hold the premises vacant IMMEDIATELY without owing any monies in refund if any of the above rules are broken. No-Pet Policy: To keep the space safe for guests with sensitivities/allergies, we maintain a no-pet policy. We appreciate your help in keeping the home clean and comfortable for all. Guests who bring unauthorized pets into the home will be responsible for a sanitizing fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file provided to Airbnb.
