🔆Bright private studio -> 5 min to 3 APE

Hello there ! I'm renting an annex from my main house. The Studio. ☆ This studio has a direct entrance to the common kitchen, it does not currently have a fully equipped kitchen. However, it has a dining area and a kitchenette. (Fridge, electric stove, electric oven, Nespresso and all the utensils you need ). ☆ The studio has two entrances, one from the kitchen and one from the yard (private entrance) . The space We are located in Brebu Nou, Semenic Mountains. 10 minutes of walking and you can enjoy the Trei Ape Lake. We are lucky to be in the heart of Semenic Mountains, 20 minutes of traveling by car and you reach Piatra Goznei Peak. Brebu Nou is also nearby Gărâna and Văliug. Gărâna is another german village, well-known for its unique arhitecture and design of the houses and the Jazz Festival that is gathering together people from all over the country and Europe for more than 20 years. Going to Văliug, you'll find the Gozna Lake, some restaurants where you can have a lunch/dinner and for those who want to add a little bit of fun in their adventure trip, they can go to parties right on the shore of the lake. Because of the beautiful nature that sorrounds us, you have the opportunity to do a lot of activities such as: bike rides, motorcycling, hiking,swimming, renting a boat and have a nice trip on the lake and a lot of others challenging outdoor activities.
