Pack n play available for use during stay. Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds (sleeps 4) with new memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with new memory foam mattress. Full bathroom is located on the main level with a shower. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup wash clothes are available along with a hair dryer. A starter supply of toilet paper is also provided. Smart TV in the living area is setup to login to your preferred streaming services! Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are provided. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee bar! A 12 cup coffee maker. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. An iron and ironing board are also available in the master bedroom closet. Guest access Entire house, backyard and patio available for guest to use. Other things to note The grill is located in the garage, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. Please let us know if you empty one the tank. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
