Welcome to Divine Court! Perfectly located in downtown Auburn with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The Valley/MultiCare medical Center is half a block away. With a 2-minute walk to the Auburn Light Rail Station, catch the train to work or Seahawks game! This modern space offers a spacious studio layout with an abundance of natural light. Nine foot ceilings, extra large windows, in unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances & Mount Rainier views! The space You are booking a studio apartment. Please note that the sleeping/dining/living area are all in the same room! Dishwasher, washer and dryer, cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, walk-in shower, WIFI included. Community room & fitness center located onsite. Early check-in or late check-outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can offer either service, there is a $25 per hour charge up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure. **All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.** Guest access Your stay will be completely contact-free for your convenience. On the day of your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions with everything you need to easily locate the building and access your unit. Parking Secured parking is available for $20/day, based on availability. If you would like to reserve secured parking, please let us know prior to your arrival. Free parking is also available in the Safeway parking lot located outside the building. Please Note There is ongoing neighborhood construction until Fall 2025, which may make finding the front door more challenging and could cause daytime noise. Other things to note Our building is located in the Safeway parking lot, which can be a bit tricky to find at first. There is also neighborhood construction nearby, which may cause some daytime noise during your stay. The construction is located directly in front of our building and may cause some confusion when arriving, especially when trying to locate the entrance or decide where to park. The entrance to the building is on the right side of the parking garage. You’ll see the call box directly to the right of the front door. You’re welcome to park in the Safeway lot for free, or we offer secured garage parking for $20 per day. If you'd like to reserve a garage spot, please let us know before your arrival so we can plan accordingly. Parking is limited availability.
