Inside, you'll find coastal artwork by local artist Spenser Reynolds, a full kitchen, separate bedroom and bath, and a spacious living area with cable, free Netflix, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. Just a block from Sporthaven Beach and close to local dining, fishing, and hiking spots. The space Ocean Suites has been family-owned for 25 years, where we take pride in cleanliness and providing old-school customer service. We’re just a five-minute walk from Sporthaven Beach, a ten-minute walk to the Port, and right across the road from the harbor. The stunning Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor is just a 10-minute drive north, and the majestic California Redwoods are a 30-minute drive south. Guest access Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own apartment, featuring a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a relaxing stay. During your stay Our office is staffed daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, with an onsite manager available outside of those hours. If you need assistance after hours, simply contact us by pressing the Office button on your room phone or ring the bell by the office door. Other things to note Local Booking Restrictions: Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted. Guests whose residence is within 60 miles (97 km) of the property will not be allowed to check in, including those from Crescent City and Gold Beach. Pets and Service Animals: No pets are allowed in your suite or vehicle. Please notify us at the time of booking if you are bringing a service animal. No Smoking: No smoking inside your suite or within 15 feet of any door or window. A $200 fee will be charged if the room must be taken out of service due to smoke odor. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this suite is 3 guests regardless of age, no exceptions. **For stays of 5 nights or longer, maximum occupancy is 2 regardless of age, no exceptions.** Upstairs Unit: This listing is an upstairs unit, and no elevator is available.
