Welcome to Still Waters Retreat, our family lake house! We have decided to open up our family lake house to allow others to enjoy as if they are family. When you stay here you will feel like part of our family. If you are looking for an updated sterile hotel like feeling this will not be the place for you. The space Layout BEDROOM 1: King bed with full ensuite BEDROOM 2: Queen and single bed with half ensuite "FLORIDA ROOM" (Enclosed porch with HVAC): Twin day bed with twin trundle BATHROOM 1: Full ensuite off Bedroom 1 with tile shower BATHROOM 2: Half bath off Bedroom 2 HAIR DRYER: Hair Dryer in Primary Bedroom IRON & IRONING BOARD is available in the laundry room. TVs 50" TV in the main living room 32" TV in the primary (King) Bedroom 32" TV in the secondary (Queen & Single) Bedroom WiFi / INTERNET: We have starling and have ~150 Mbps download speeds! No problems at all for streaming movies, video conferencing, etc. COFFEE MAKER: We supply both a traditional drip and Keurig coffee makers! OTHER SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES: 7 Qt Crock Pot, 2 slice toaster, blender, electric mixer GRILL: We have a propane grill and we supply the propane! FIRE PIT: We have a fire pit LAKE TOYS: We have a single person kayak we keep on the dock DOCK: We have a COVERED DOCK with boat slip available for you to use. WATER DEPTH: As of February 22, 2026 we DO NOT have water at the end our dock. Please note this property is located on Lake Hartwell and the lake levels can fluctuate throughout the year. LIFE JACKETS: Life jackets are kept under the porch, near the driveway. We have: 3x Youth 51-90lbs 2x Adult universals 3x Adult 2XL YARD GAMES: We have Corn Hole. Because you can't grill in the south without a game of Corn Hole!
