A highlight of the home is the vintage Lakehouse-inspired bar room, complete with a game table, arcade, cozy seating, wood fireplace and dining space that opens directly to the deck and water. Whether you’re looking for togetherness or quiet time, the layout makes it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Other things to note Bring your boat! The property includes 4 kayaks (2 of which are specifically designed for fishing). Access to Lake Washington Regional Park and Campground with meticulously groomed wooded and blacktop walking paths is just up the street. A 10 minute walk the other way leads to Westwood Marina Bar and Grill for casual lakefront dining and socializing. There is a plethora of dining, shopping and other activities in Mankato which is just 15-20 minutes away. St Peter is 10-15 minutes away offering quaint shopping, dining and an artistic and small town vibe. We do not allow pets and we do not offer access to a boat, but pontoon rental at a nearby location is available and highly recommended! Our neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly - we are not able to accommodate parties nor traditional bachelor/bachelorette gatherings and need to limit the number of cars parked in the driveway (approx 6) as much as possible.
