The home features two private bedrooms plus a third room set up as a dedicated office/workspace, ideal for remote work or study. The living room offers a large 70” Smart TV and electric fireplace, creating a cozy space to unwind after a long day. Two of the three bedrooms has its own TV: • 70” Smart TV in the living room • 43” TV in one bedroom • 32” TV in the second bedroom Start your mornings at the dedicated coffee bar, complete with a Keurig, assorted K-cups, mugs, creamers, and sweeteners—perfect for slow mornings or getting out the door quickly. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking and includes an air fryer, Ninja Creami, and Instant Pot for guest use. There are two full bathrooms with high-pressure rainfall showers, plus a towel warmer for added comfort after your shower. Outside, enjoy an attached garage, ample driveway parking, BBQ grill, and a patio with comfortable seating. Relax by the fire pit in the evenings or sip your morning coffee in the front-porch rocking chairs. You’ll also be greeted by Lady Gilliam, our seasonal porch goose—always dressed for the current holiday or season. Fast Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer make this home ideal for both short and long stays. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the office/workspace, living area, kitchen, bathroom, driveway, and backyard. The attached garage is available for guests staying 30 days or longer. Shorter stays will have full driveway parking. There are no shared spaces. Self check-in is available for easy arrival. Other things to note This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for respectful guests. No parties or events are permitted. The indoor fireplace is an electric unit and is available for guest use for ambiance and supplemental heat. Please use responsibly and follow posted instructions. An outdoor fire pit is available for guest use. Fires must be attended at all times, fully extinguished after use, and used in accordance with local regulations and weather conditions.
