Description
Plenty of room to relax in this 19th century home from the days of Station Belden (now Naples). Situated near downtown with a spacious lawn for activities or parking, this home has original wood floors, large windows, and an impressive porch. It’s been furnished to be comfortable with a twist of classic charm. The house is located about 2 blocks from the railroad, we do have the train pass by a few times during the day and night. The space The upstairs loft is an open concept area that has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom. This area has it's own controlled a/c , you may utilize the thermostat located on the stairway to the right hand side. Guest access The only restricted area is the electrical room upstairs in one of the bedrooms. The door entry is barricaded. Other things to note Very quiet neighborhood. The home was built in 1898 and we loved it when we lived here. I especially loved to hear the train go by late in the evenings, and early in the morning. The door knobs are original and sometimes come loose. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer at no charge, some times the washer doesn’t drain well, so just set the dial to drain and spin to complete washing . Please be advised that this is an older home, consider taking breaks between showers in order for all to have access to hot water.
