Standing five stories tall and overlooking Fox Creek Golf Course, and Kennedy Park, The Grand Windmill is not just a stay—it’s a destination. From the sparkling kitchen ground floor to the panoramic views of the master bedroom, every level of this masterfully restored tower offers a new perspective on relaxation. The space Floor 1: The Culinary & Social Hub The ground floor features an open-concept modern kitchen equipped for gourmet meals. The Island: A massive bar-top height island serves as the heart of the room, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Dining & Relaxation: Includes a full dining table and a cozy reading nook for quiet moments. Convenience: A half-bath and a full laundry suite are tucked away on this level. Floor 2: The Entertainment Suite & Riverside Deck Follow the curve of the staircase to the second level, dedicated entirely to relaxation, views or game nights. The Living Room: Features two plush couches and a 70" Smart TV for the ultimate movie night. Outdoor Living: Step out onto the expansive outdoor deck. Overlooking the serene Beaver Creek, it’s the perfect spot for al fresco drinks while listening to the water. Floor 3: The Balcony Bedroom A private sanctuary halfway up the tower. Sleeping Quarters: A beautifully appointed bedroom with its own full en-suite bathroom. The View: This floor features its own private walkout balcony, offering an elevated perspective of the surrounding property. Floors 4 & 5: The Grand Master Duplex The top two floors combine to create a sprawling, two-story Master Suite experience. Level 4 (The Spa Bath): A dedicated floor for pampering. It features a massive walk-in shower, separate water closet, elegant vanity, and a dedicated seating area. Step onto the level 4 balcony for a breath of fresh air. Level 5 (The Observatory Bedroom): The pinnacle of the windmill. As the 65 steps staircase reaches its summit, you enter a bedroom surrounded by 7 iconic circular windows, offering views of the horizon. This level includes its own private balcony—the highest point in your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole windmill, and the 3 acres of grounds.
