The space Welcome to Our Home! During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the owner's closet and outbuildings. The heart of the home is the spacious, open-concept living and dining area with soaring 22-foot ceilings, seamlessly connected to the kitchen. Relax on our oversized sofa, perfect for watching movies or taking a nap. It's big enough for everyone to gather together in this cozy yet expansive space. For added charm, there's a piano in the living room for your enjoyment—please kindly respect the instrument and refrain from climbing on it or pounding on the keys. Upstairs, you'll find a dedicated loft area, ideal for playing games, reading, or simply lounging while taking in the beautiful views of the ranch. The bedrooms are conveniently located just off the main living area, each with either a private or Jack and Jill-style bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Step outside and unwind on the large, western-style boardwalk porch, a perfect spot to relax in peace and enjoy the surroundings. You can also fire up the grill on the back patio while the kids play on the playground. With 28 acres of property, including a pond, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. Guest access You will receive a gate code upon check in which gives you access to our long driveway. You will have access to the property from the pond westward to the back creek. On the north and south side there is a fence showing the boundary of the property. The house and playground is at the center of the property. We have a RV spot on the property which is available for you to use at an additional fee. There is a 2nd RV space for our property manager behind the Storage shed. Other things to note This is a working ranch and as such we have all sorts of critters on the property. You are welcome to enjoy the woods, creek, and pond we just caution you to always have adult supervision of your children. Also we will provide sound machines for when nature is getting a bit too close for comfort :) Also we work hard to keep the house as allergy free as possible, using only essential oils in our cleaners and non toxic supplies. NO SMOKING permitted. Part of that is also keeping it free from pet allergens. NO PETS are allowed IN the house but if you are traveling with you dogs please let us know- We will have a kennel and run available. Pond is for fishing only NO swimming
