Guests have access to the entire property, which includes stellar Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, an updated kitchen with new appliances, brand new beds fitted with cozy, cotton bed linens, covered porches with a spacious backyard, and more! The space Welcome to the Wander Inn Guests have access to the entire property, which includes the following: * Xeriscaped front yard with covered porch. * Living room with modern furnishings, high speed WiFi and a smart TV. * A bright and cheerful eat-in kitchen with brand new, stainless steel appliances, cabinets stocked with necessary cookware, dinnerware and basic kitchen accessories. * Brand new washer and dryer units in a small laundry nook with access to the back yard. * A master suite with, a king bed (fitted with fresh, cotton bed linens) a spacious closet, recessed shelving, direct access to the backyard and an en suite bathroom. * En suite bathroom offers a standard vanity, toilet and corner shower. * The central bathroom has a standard vanity, toilet and a bathtub/shower combo. * The front bedroom has a large double closet, and queen size, memory foam bed fitted with fresh cotton bed linens. * The back of the home has a spacious, partial wraparound, covered porch, with a facing a spacious yard with large trees along either fence line. * There are 2 Pull-in, off-street parking spaces next to the home (Please note that there is a Ring Camera, located to the right of the front entry door. This camera monitors the front yard, driveway and front entryway. Audio recording for the device has been disabled. Use of Stairs is Required: there are approximately three steps up to either the front or the back porch to access the home. Additionally, there are approximately three steps down into the en suite bathroom, that is in the primary bedroom. ) Guest access The property offers self check-in after 4pm. Guests will use the keypad on the front door, enter the code and listen for the lock to disengage to enter the home. Other things to note Security Camera: There is a Ring Camera, located to the right of the front entry door. This camera monitors the front yard, driveway and front entryway. Audio recording for the device has been disabled. Guest Authorization: Only the guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at Wander Inn. No Smoking: No smoking inside the home, including the use of cigarettes, pipes, vape pens, etc. Neighborhood Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, no events are allowed. Please limit outdoor noise from 10PM-8AM. No Pets: The owners of the home have sever allergies that may be affected by pet hair and dander, for this reason no pets are allowed.
