Garage Parking: Free garage parking is included for each apartment. If you’re not parking-savvy, take it slow at the end of the day, we’re not responsible if you hit a car or the garage 😉. Shared First-Floor Neighbor: Someone lives on the first floor. You may occasionally hear footsteps or voices. Please be conscious of quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM.
