White Oak Lodge Retreat House, sleeps 18

White Oak Lodge is a Massive House converted into our home and three spacious "apartment" suites that we rent. 3 apt style bedrooms Sleeps 18. Great for one night stay. 5 minutes from I-77 in a country setting. Convenient location to WV and VA attractions. House has multiple living/dining rooms, bedrooms with full bathrooms, multiple beds, plus 3 kitchenettes. Yards, Grills, firepit/Hottub area. Access to a large fully stocked kitchen to cook in & multiple places to unwind. NO CLEANING FEEs. The space PLEASE read carefully! (A picture will show you the space you are renting compared to our section of our house.) Our place is a massive 11,100 sqft home. It consists of our home and three condo suite apartments we are renting all together as ONE UNITS, large area kitchen and living room space downstairs. Additionally, each condo has an individual living room, kitchenette, dining table, bathroom, and bedroom for a combined space of 6000+ sqft for each guest to enjoy. Very private and accommodating. Outside we have a large patio beside the Olympic size pool with tables, lounge chairs, and hammocks. Beside that is the BBQ and Firepit area (wood provided). Mtn and creek views allow you to relax and unwind while you enjoy your stay at White Oak Lodge. Pool is under construction. The patio has a pool, at the moment the pool is closed. However the jacuzzi is available and towels are in the foyers by the double doors in a drawer. The patio is a large space to rest and unwind, firepits is fully done and ready to use and bbq grills avail. with alot of tables and chairs to enjoy your meal. Guest access We do live on the other side, my husband and I. Most of the time we are not home, but if we are the only time you will see us is if we share the patio. Mostly, we give our guests the privacy for the guests to feel at home. PARKING: The GPS will take you straight here. Turn BEFORE the white fence, and you can park inside the fence and beside the building (picture provided). If steps upstairs are too much, you can turn at the rock (picture is available) and park by the steps, those are five and you can come in from the second floor into the house. Contact us to provide access. Other things to note PETS: NO PETS on furniture or on beds, if fur is found, an additional cost will be added for cleaning. NO Pets downstairs, only upstairs and place gates at the top of stairs. Please walk your dogs at the side yards or back of the property. IF YOU LEAVE THE PROPERY FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME, PETS MUST BE CRATED. Sarah is our grey cat, she lives on our patio. She is very friendly with humans, not so much to dogs. She will avoid them.
