Dry stone house of about 220 square meters at the top of a mountain ridge in a very quiet village overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Florent, 15 minutes from Saint Florent and its beaches. The house is a former wine press rehabilitated, featuring: - On the ground floor, a large living room of 80 square meters and 5m high ceiling, with living room, dining room and kitchen, an extra bedroom, toilet and walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a stove with 2 gas burners and 2 electric, a separate oven, a microwave, a dishwasher. - On the ground floor (1st floor of the house), 3 double bedrooms, a dormitory for children with 2 bunk beds + 1 cradle + 1 additional pull-out bed, 1 bathroom, toilets, with washer / dryer. A wooden terrace of about 100 square meters overlooking the valley and the chain of Corsican Cape, without any opposite. The terrace has a wooden garden table, sun loungers, and a barbecue. A pool of 27 square meters is available, (water treated by salt electrolysis) with shower. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the house, including access to the crest of Corsican Cape by the Col de Saint Antoine. The house is in "digital detox" mode, and does not have internet or television.
