Violation fee $1,000. • 🔗 No Third-Party Bookings — guests must book directly. • 🛠️ Guests are responsible for any damages or theft during their stay. 🚭 Smoke-Free Home • ❌ No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana allowed. Violation may result in guests being asked to leave with no refund. • 💵 Any smoking odors left behind will incur a $500 cleaning fee. 🔒 Security Note • For your safety and the protection of the home, the property is equipped with four exterior cameras, positioned on each corner of the house. • Cameras are for exterior monitoring only. • Please do not unplug, cover, or tamper with the cameras. • Any interference with security equipment is a violation of house rules. 🐾 Pet Policy • We love hosting furry friends! A $150 pet fee, per stay applies. Max 1 pet allowed. • Unauthorized pets or unpaid pet fees are a violation of the house rules. • Pets must be supervised at all times or safely kenneled when left home alone. • The backyard is fully fenced in, please keep pets on a leash and within property lines. • Please clean up after your pets (inside and outside). • We provide dog waste bags, a lint brush, and a sofa cover.
