Once going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will open to a beautiful modern but sleek apartment that has 3 bedrooms but 1 is converted to a game room. Each bedroom is rented out separately for guests but they all share a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. With a washer & dryer inside the bathroom and pancake mix in the kitchen with a quiet workspace in the living room that ends the day in a comfortable bed. Well worth every penny to this space as it doesn’t break the bank and but gets the job done for the night in a beautiful setting. Guest access You can use the bathroom, kitchen, game room area, & living room. Every room but the bedroom you did not rent. Other things to note We take pride in our space and have put a lot of sweat and tears into this house. Please treat our house with respect and dignity as her bones are over 100 years old but going strong.
