The space This property was built in 1910 and has an entry way that represents that. Once going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will open a beautiful modern but sleek apartment that has 3 bedrooms but 1 is converted to a game room. Each bedroom is rented out separately for guests but they all share a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. With a washer & dryer inside the bathroom and pancake mix in the kitchen with a quiet workspace in the living room that ends the day in a comfortable bed. Well worth every penny to this space as it doesn’t break the bank and but gets the job done for the night in a beautiful setting. Guest access All rooms upstairs but the one you didn’t rent (the other bedroom) Other things to note You could have the whole place to yourself or with 2 other people. Emergency Exit Plan: Unit is on the second floor, * if a fire is in the back of the unit, exit through the front door. * if a fire is in the front of the unit, exit through the back bedroom window onto the roof and get down from the left side into the backyard. * if a fire happens in the complex, ALL smoke and carbon detectors will go off at once.
