The space The rental unit is an AADU with a private entrance located at the back of the main house. The property sits on a quiet culdesac with an acre of private space looking out into the treeline. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire AADU unit, including a dedicated entrance and parking space. You are welcome to explore the main property grounds that extend a few feet past the tree line (please respect any clearly marked No Guest Access signs). The lower backyard has an extended leash for dogs to use. Please reach out to the host to inquire about RV parking. Things to Note * Pet Policy: We welcome two well-behaved dogs that are non-agressive for a $25 per pet pet fee (no breed or weight limit restrictions!). Please keep pets leashed when outside the unit and always pick up after them. We love our furry family members and ask that you clean and dry your dogs before letting them settle on any furniture. * Noise: As this is an AADU, the hosts live in the main house. We aim to provide maximum privacy and a quiet experience, but you may occasionally hear typical household noise and our friendly dogs may say hello! * Self Check-In: Access is via a keypad lock for easy, hassle-free check-in anytime after 3 pm. Earlier check-in requests are subject to availability. * Kitchen appliances and heating: Instructions for safe use of the the gas stove, oven, broiler, dishwasher, and heaters are provided in the guest manual.
