Set down a private drive, on the lake's shorefront are two beautiful homes with combined accommodations for up to 18 guests. There are 8 bedrooms, plus a sleeping loft, 6 full bathrooms, two great rooms, & abundant outdoor spaces to enjoy together. Retreat to Heron’s Landing and enjoy views of the lake and mountain, these are year round homes built for comfort! Hot Tub, Fire pits, dock for swimming and fishing! A super convenient location for travelers, searching for time together! The space 2 Houses combine for this great space! The Blue House - A stunning new property built in the Heron’s Landing lakeside community. This home faces the lake and provides beautiful views. Accommodations for 8 guests. 4 bedrooms. This is a one level floorplan. With a wide entry, only a small 1-2 inch threshold. The first bedroom on the right has a 36 inch doorway. The hall bathroom has a 36 inch doorway and low threshold shower. The home has radiant in floor heating. There is a heat pump in the great room which provides heating and cooling via remote. All TVs are smart TVs and require guests to sign in with their streaming services. The Main House - A modern twist to the lake house vacation of your dreams. This is a one of a kind, newly upgraded home for all seasons. The spectacular setting is Tully Lake, just minutes off Route 81, and a short distance to Cortland or Syracuse, 45 minutes to Ithaca. Room for your whole group, easily accommodating 10 guests. 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft (5th bedroom). The home's main entrance is up one flight of stairs. Enter into the great room with views all around. There is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor, along with another full bathroom and laundry room. The second floor includes 3 more bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and the 3rd full bathroom. The mountain backdrop features views of Song Mountain Ski Resort. The location right on the water welcomes swimming and fishing in the warmer months. Kayaks and Paddleboards are available! Waterski, wakeboard and tube with us (inquire for details/fee). We have outdoor seating, dining, a propane grill & a waterfront firepit (including wood) for you to enjoy. A truly complete vacation experience where you can relax and enjoy the feeling of togetherness. Guest access Electronic Lock on the Front Door. Code will be sent to you before arrival. Other things to note Heron's Landing is a large property under development. Once you enter, you will be directed to the end of the driveway where the houses are located on the water. We have Kayaks and Paddleboards available. There are 6 adult life jackets and 3 youth sized life jackets. Please consider bringing your own life jacket for smaller children. Water shoes are also recommended. There is a dock for fishing and swimming, pictured in exterior photos. Dogs are welcome. Please add them to your reservation. The pet fee is $200.
