Wonderful country house between Santanyí and Cas Concos for 12 people on two floors that offers high standing accommodation in a quiet area. The house is surrounded by a garden with a magnificent view of the surroundings and has a very large pool that can be fenced. Outside, near the garden there is a children's playground. A bedroom with ensuite bathroom is wheelchair-equipped. The space Xemarri is a wonderful two story cottage that offers a high standing accommodation. The ground floor has an entrance that leads to a bright dining room, is a very nice area that contains paintings painted by the owner. Glass doors lead to the pool and garden terraces with bougainvillea. Very spacious kitchen fully equipped with a side door that overlooks a covered terrace where the BBQ is located. This floor offers three bedrooms, all of which are very spacious and with wonderful views of the garden. A bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom with en-suite shower - this shower is suitable for wheelchairs - and access to the garden. There are two bedrooms with two more single beds that share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool area. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is an open gallery; perfect to enjoy reading. The views of this gallery towards Santanyi are marvelous. The upstairs offers three more bedrooms. A bedroom with two twin beds and en-suite shower bathroom-it has access to a terrace with wonderful views. The other bedroom also has two twin beds that have an en-suite bathroom with shower, from this bedroom you can access a furnished balcony ideal for sunbathing with privacy. The last bedroom has a double bed and fully equipped en-suite bathroom. From the terrace of this apartment you can enjoy open views of the countryside and even in the distance on a clear day you can see the island of Cabrera. Pool can be fenced in.
