The house is in a quiet area and is located on a 1000 m² plot which is fully available to you. In the house there is space for 4 people. It has 1 living room with pull-out couch, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Outside there is a covered terrace, a covered barbecue area and a parking space on the property. Sun loungers and a seat by the pond are also available for you. Despite the actual vacation location, the property is very conveniently located for Berlin tourists. The S-Bahn station is a 5-minute drive or a 3-minute walk to the bus. The S-Bahn can also be reached on foot. It runs every 10 minutes and takes you to the city in 30 or Potsdam in 50. Schönefeld Airport is 20 and the Erkner / Berlin Köpenick motorway exit on the A10 is 10 minutes away by car. There are several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
