A Brand new leather couch and recliner await you with new fully adjustable speed ceiling fans. Queen size beds in both bedrooms and the couch has a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is a full tub and shower. A private deck with a BBQ grill and seating for your guests to enjoy the outside. Other things to note Please be sure to consider the stairs when booking with us. The bonus is the deck with table and chairs and the backyard view from the top. There are 17 steps. There is ample parking space for trucks with atv/snowmobile trailers. Private access to snowmobile trails. We are located directly on the atv access route. Directly across the road is Track Side Golf Par 3 golf course and aqua driving range. We are 3.5 miles to both Presque Isle and Mapleton, and 15 minutes away from the North Maine Woods.
