Welcome to the Yellowdoor Bellport, a reimagined and newly renovated 1930s home, located just an 8-minute walk to the heart of Bellport Village. This peaceful retreat is ideal for families or groups of up to 6. Located under 90 mins from NYC, Bellport Village is one of Long Island’s most idyllic and charming villages, with boutique shops, cozy cafes, and a vibrant arts scene. Spend a day at Ho Hum Beach, accessible by ferry, or enjoy tennis and golf at the nearby Bellport Country Club. The space Outside, you'll enjoy a heated gunite saltwater pool, landscaped yard, and a brick patio perfect for outdoor dining. Through french doors, you'll find the sun-drenched living room, kitchen, and dining area. All 3 bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, in addition to a bonus sleeping nook/home office and an extra full bath. The pool is open from May through September. Guest access The whole property is accessible except for the garage and two locked closets, which are used for storage. Access to the house is through a keyless entry smart lock. A unique access code will be provided to you the day before your arrival. Other things to note Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of our house rules! This allows us to provide the highest quality stay for all our guests. 1. No shoes in the house. Please leave all shoes in the foyer. 2. No pets or smoking allowed. 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud conversation or music outside during these hours. 4. Fireplace is decorative and not available for use.
