The space Master bedroom contains a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a trundle bed with pullout twin size bed underneath. All bedrooms have TVs. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and stove, and air fryer with all kitchen amenities, full-size washer, and dryer for use during your stay. Front porch, back porch and patio off of living room for relaxing outdoors. During spring and summer garden will be available out back for fresh vegetables to include with your meals. Plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. Guest access You are free to walk around outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Pond is available for feeding the Koi fish only. No swimming or fishing. Please remember to keep any dogs leashed while outdoors. Other things to note The Genesee region is a very beautiful area to explore with many historical sites as well as state parks. Enjoy the many wineries and micro breweries throughout the area. Visit Conesus Lake. Only a 10 minute drive. Boat rentals available, as well as many fine restaurants in the area.
