While the den doesn’t have a closet and isn’t counted as an official bedroom, it provides full privacy. Thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families, couples, or long-term guests, the home includes a spacious primary suite with a king bed, smart TV, and a beautifully designed en-suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Guest access Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location. Other things to note We are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
