The full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave along with fully stocked dishes, essential cook ware and utensils. We are in the center of everything, minutes away from the airport, link rail, bus stations, freeway, supermarkets, gas stations, shopping mall and even the library. After all that is what the AirBnB experience is all about. The neighborhood is safe, like anywhere else in the world; I still advise caution when walking alone at night in the area. Supermarkets are within walking distance range (approximately 1 1/2 blocks away). We are also within minutes to the link rail and bus stations, which can easily take you to downtown Seattle (approximately 30 minutes). South Center mall is just minutes away from the house by driving, being one of Seattle's largest mall, it is filled with many brand name clothing stores, restaurants, AMC movie theatre and much more. The distance to the link rail is approximately 15 minutes by walking. If you are looking to get on any of the major freeways, it is approximately 5 minutes away by driving. Getting to the airport can never be any easier, the drive is approximately 10 minutes. Due to other guests maybe staying in the house at the same time, unexpected noise may appear; guests in the main floor coming in and out of the yard that may have a late check in due to delayed flights or early flight leaving in the morning. The garden area may not be at its best at all times, because as we all know in order to keep a clean and beautiful garden maintenance is needed at all times. I will try my absolute best to take care of all your needs, but please keep in mind that since I can not overwatch every single detail 24/7, so if you do come across something that needs my attention please let me know right away either by message or a simple phone call, and I will try to take care of it ASAP; I appreciate the understanding. No heavy cooking allowed. No parties allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. No loud noise during quiet hours.
