This hostel room (and our other 3 hostel rooms) are located in our residential/office/business house, with balcony, kitchen, bathrooms and guest toilet, FOR SHARED USE with other guests! Direct connection to the city & university. Free parking on the side of the road. You don't need a car; tram, bus, taxi, car sharing: directly opposite. Shopping within walking distance: Penny 2 min, Edeka Aldi Lidl 8 min.Sparkasse & Post 2 & 4 min. away. The space Our company apartment, with many adjoining rooms for COMMUNAL USE with other guests/hostel rooms, is located on the 2nd floor, above a car dealership showroom, with free parking in front of the house on the street. Our hostel has FOR COMMUNAL USE: a fully equipped large living room/kitchen, incl. stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, soda stream, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators and a large freezer. Entrance area and various corridors, as well as FOR COMMUNAL USE: 2 bathrooms (bathroom 1: shower, 2 sinks. bathroom 2: shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, washing machine and dryer), as well as 1 guest toilet. An office/meeting room is used as an additional common room, with direct access to the balcony. DSL/Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and much more... During your stay Contact persons and organizers are directly on site. We are also easily accessible by phone/email during the day. Other things to note - Long-term tenants have one-time fees of €10/10 days to pay for linen & cleaning service. New linens & cleaning are provided every 10 days. - Since we rent out several rooms, it is of course necessary to be considerate of each other. Especially the kitchen and bathrooms must be "cleaned" after use. So that all tenants can/want to use the rooms and do not have to clean up the mess of others.
